The first time I started CBT with Wayne was when I was freshly 16 years old.. I can’t get over how much these sessions have benefited (and still are benefiting) me. I’m 21 now and still attend sessions when I’m not feeling the best. Wayne is extremely professional, warm and most of all, amazing at his job. He has taught me coping mechanisms which I now use in my day to day without even realizing.

I couldn’t recommend Rise enough, it truly changed my life and I’m forever grateful knowing I can reach out to them at any time.

I know if I could show my very anxious, 16 year old self where I am now, she would be so proud.

Rise Counselling team is amazing. Always supportive, helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. Our son did play therapy for 6 weeks, I’m attending supervision with my dear Christine and we are trying to make time for couples therapy. All in one place, in our community. Beautiful 😍

Wayne Hamilton has worked with our family and we found him really kind and approachable. He has a great understanding of the difficulties faced by families where there is Autism. Sibling support and family therapy are covered by RISE and I am looking forward to availing of this.
