Practice manager at RISE, Wayne Hamilton has years of experience within compliance and marketing settings. He established RISE in 2017 and it has grown from a fledgling practice of 4 therapists to a large multidisciplinary organization with a team of 20 practitioners.

Wayne provides consultation to therapists who are either new to the field and unsure how to get their practice off the ground, or need help with some aspect of their business, whether they are newly qualified or seeking to change how they work.

Consultations involve skilled fact finding and facilitation so that you can find the best way forward for you and your practice.
A free follow up consultation is offered after the initial meetings and planning is completed to help iron out any teething problems.

Wayne prides himself in helping those in our profession to reach clients who need them, with the philosophy that attending therapy and supporting ones mental health should be enshrined in society in the same way as other healthcare professions.
